We had a great experience at Dr. Wester's office, until I respectfully disagreed with how a medical situation was handled. I received a letter in the mail shortly after, refusing to provide further service to myself and my family. The letter contained a personal attack and referenced gossip she had heard. This seemed out of character for her, however, when put on the defensive, I suppose our true character is revealed.

Never a long waiting period from the time you call for an appointment, and actually go for the appointment. Usually within one day. The office is organized, the entire staff is friendly, and Dr. Wester just makes you feel very comfortable.
