If I could give this gym no stars, it would be more accurate. Bad business practices, incompetent staff, limited and unattractive facility. I fulfilled my terms of agreement and paid my dues for the length of the term. When I tried to cancel, they kept billing. When I blocked them from billing, they let me cancel. TWO YEARS LATER, they employed a strong arm collection agency and fabricated an amount due of over $200 for not fulfilling my term. In addition, I purchased personal training for $200 which turned out to be one class weekly and another "recommended" boot camp that I had to pay for separately. Icing on the cake, my second "personal training" class, I was encouraged to perform an exercise clearly beyond my capability, I fell and was injured. I never went back. But I paid my dues, for the length of the term, because I pay my bills and I keep my agreements. I canceled only after the term expired. Now I'm paying a lawyer to make them stop calling me TWO YEARS LATER!
