Rhyan Breen is dedicated to defending the rights of drivers in Wilson, Nash, and Edgecombe Counties without you having to appear in court at all. From seat belt violations, speeding tickets, DWIs, misdemeanor death by motor vehicle, to equipment violations- the goal is simple, to minimize the impact a traffic ticket has on your: freedom; ability to drive; insurance premium; and time. Rhyan Breen has defended clients in matters including, not limited to: serious assaults; sexually based offenses; arson; breaking and entering; larceny;drug offenses; city and county ordinance violations. Additionally, he has extensive experience in post-conviction matters such as: probation violations and obtaining post-conviction relief (motions for appropriate relief, certificates of relief, expunctions, and denials of concealed carry weapon and pistol purchase permits). I have handled criminal cases ranging from attempted murder to city code violations and would be happy to help you and your family members navigate these difficult issues.
