I ordered an item and the address was given to the business. Fed ex went to the address given to deliver the package however no one was home. I was not initally told someone had to be at home to receive the package. It has been such a strain to need a package so important and to be told that the address could only be changed by the supplier and not the purchaser-me. I was futher told if the address was approved to be changed by verizon, the package would possibly be delayed possibly another 24 hrs due to the package having to go back to shipping to have another label put on it and then it could be processed. The inital representative informed me that he could not contact the driver to see where he was...really!!!I This is the kind of run around you get from someone that monies have been paid to for customer service to be provided. I asked the representative who has the time to stay home all day and wait on a package without any time frame being given for delivery. Frustated in NC
