This review is based on Bill Marine and their service center. My son goes to Wilmington College and his car broke down and since Bill Marine was the closest Chrysler dealership we decided to have his car towed there to get repaired. My sons car sat at Bill Marine fro 13 straight days without ever being looked at and the excuse we were given is they had mechanics that were out sick. Its crazy that 13 days passed and we simply had it towed elsewhere for repairs because even after 13 days they still had no idea when they would be able to get to it. Its understandable mechanics are out sick but what is not understandable and completely unacceptable is that Bill Marine simply let our car sit there unattended and not even have the decency to offer to have it towed someplace else to get fixed. It's about being professional enough to be able to admit you cannot handle a job or perform what is required of you and bite the bullet and offer your customer other options. I will NEVER go back to Bill Marine for anything.

A great place to find the right car at the right price. The owner is always there and available to assist you in any auto need. I've purchased many vehicles and have always been well satisfied. Bill is of the old school and believes in making you a long term customer........ not a quick sale and good-bye. He offers top notch service and insures customer satisfaction.
