Carolina Arthritis Associates, founded in 1991, is one of the largest independent rheumatology practices in the Southeast. The center offers diagnosis and treatment of arthritis, musculoskeletal disorders, connective tissue diseases, autoimmune illnesses and osteoporosis. It also provides an infusion suite and laboratory, X-ray capability and state-of-the-art bone density testing for osteoporosis. The center s physicians are board-certified in rheumatology. It provides infusion therapy for arthritis and bone disorders. The center is also a frequent participant in various clinical trials, including gout, psoriatic arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.
