It took UPS 3 days to get my package from MO to NC. We are in day number 8 and still cannot get UPS to deliver to my hope which is 7 miles from the UPS distribution center. I call each day and can only speak with a person not in the U.S. I hear the same story, "it is out for delivery today." At the end of the day, no package. At the same time, I receive my package from Fed Express a day early! UPS's system is broken! High volume, Corvid-19 or not, if "the system" is working, there may be some delays but 8+ days is not acceptable. Fix your problem UPS management. There is management and there is leadership.
I’m very disappointed in the customer service the rep had the info mixed up had me going out there to pick up my package and they were closed I lost almost everything in the hurricane yesterday but can’t get my package they making me wait until the location opens this is crazy!!! Yet I need my package
Unfortunately I had to give one star.. Worst customer service reps ever.. Zero help & she acted like a female dog to put it nicely. It's 545pm && I'm still waiting on 2 day delivery from these fools. Was out for delivery at 7:37am && I'm not happy. What a waste of an entire day & I need to have the package In Hand for a gift. The dinner starts in 12 minutes and I live a hour away.

My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Granted today is Christmas holiday, and the customer center is closed. But the sender texts me to "please contact the carrier". UPS meanwhile texts that, "due to inclement weather" my package has been rescheduled to be delivered tomorrow (the 26th)a day when I am not going to be homeand there will be no way to keep the item safe and out of the rain... How do I contact someone to reschedule? This phone number does NOT enable customers to leave messages, nor was the contact information for the customer center given in any of the text messages that were sent. Good thing I have access to regular internet. Christmas has little to do with this. The item is not a Christmas gift; and as long as I receive it by the end of the month, all should (hopefully) be well. But UPS, you're really not giving your customers many options here. -_-
I would give them no stars! Why do I have to stay at my house from 8am till 7pm because I have to sign for a package? Called Customer Service to see if they could contact the driver to get an ETA. I was told no! So you have no clue where your drivers are at any given moment? This is ridiculous! You should be able to narrow down a delivery to 4 hours instead of giving me an 11 hour window! People have lives you know!!!!!

I moved out of my home in 2011 because some one hired the UPS Delivery personnel to stalk me. He would ride by my home daily and look over my privacy fence. If I was in the yard he would glare at me with hate. I have returned to my home and he has began his behavior again. Soon to see the attorney, UPS.

The worst service I have ever had.no care for the customer what so ever.ups said they tried to contact me never once did they even try about my package.they had all my info email phone number.ups may think I am just one customer but after a while unhappy customers add up.thats what happens to big companies the care for the customers just go away.

I am disappointed that the hope I live in has been here since 1970's so I know that it is in the GPS and even when I have used the GPS myself to make sure it was on there, I didn't have any problems finding my home. Also, I have had some UPS carriers drop off packages just fine and then there are some that I am sitting here waiting on them, and they NEVER even come and they say they can't find my address. It is more of complete laziness! There are people out there that would love to work past 5 to make sure they got that extra bit of money and make sure everyone got their packages. It is ridiculous that I have had to deal with this issue more than once and nothing is ever done about it!
