      WAS TIME WARNER CUSTOMER FOR OVER 25 YEARS WITH NO PROBLEMS THEY COULDN'T FIX.SPECTRUM TOOK OVER AND COST GOES UP 50% AND SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS GONE DOWN HILL TOO. SAME EMPLOYEES, BUT HEY ARE FED UP WITH SPECTRUM MANAGEMENT TOO.GO TO DIRECT TV SERVICED BY A GREAT COMPANY...AT&T!!!COST IS A FRACTION OF SPECTRUM AND SERVICE AND PRODUCT IS 20 TIMES BETTER!!!
