Polite folks but BUYER BEWARE. Purchased a specific pool for a specific depth as reflected in brochure and as written on contract. Once we were able to get into the pool we found out the depth was 5.5" shallower than advertised. BUYER BEWARE

We love our salt water pool and we love that Ocean Blue has been there for us to answer any questions we have. We like that we can just bring in a sample of our water and we find out, on the spot, if we need to add anything or not. We've never regretted getting our pool, what a smooth and easy process it was to install it, but most of all we love the sense of security we feel about being able to have any questions answered. Thanks, Ocean Blue! This has been a brutally hot summer, and it's such a pleasure to be able to step out our back door at any hour and cool off.

A couple of weeks ago, I went to purchase a pool from this business. I was told the pool I was interested in was in stock. I inquired how soon the pool could be installed and was promised someone would call Monday morning. Well, Thursday we finally heard from them with a promise they would be there at 7 am the next morning. At 9:30 they called & said they had a flat and would be there in about an hour. 3 days later, they were still not there nor had they called. We went back to the store & asked for our money back. They deducted $250.00 from our $1000.00 deposit for a restocking fee. Restocking what!? They never took it out of stock, never attempted to deliver it or contact us. Only lied to us & keep part of our money. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
