One of the very best places in town! The owners are always friendly and extremely helpful! My family and I have been going here for years and would not trust our mailing and shipping needs to anyone else!
Without a doubt the best mailing business in Wilmington! I have used for 10 years and mail many, many boxes out every year and they always make sure the send them the most economical way for my needs. NEVER has a box been lost nor arrived damaged. But, the deciding factor for me is the owners are THE nicest family in Wilmington - just so kind and you can tell they love what they are doing.

Mailbox express is very awesome to deal with. They have helped me with mailing packages explaining different fees so I can ship my items the best reasonable pricing. Notarized numerous pages for me and charged a reasonable price. Easier to work with then the PO. If you are looking for someone to help with your needs please visit mailbox express they are awesome. A very satisfied customer.

On December 31, I went to mailboxes express at 609 Piner Rd and the owner was in a very bad mood. Maybe it was because his grandchild was annoying him. I don't know, but I didn't understand something and simply asked for clarification at which point he was short tempered. I returned to get my tracking number and he was very insulting to me. He said that if I speak English I should understand.My husband came back to the store with me and tried to find out what happened. The owner accused me of being verbally abusive to him because I asked too many questions. I told him I didn't understand and that was why I asked questions. Again, he raised his voice to me in front of my husband saying that he didn;'t have to take abuse from customers. My husband told him that he was being abusive to me then by making the remark about my English. He should not take his personal problems out on his customers. He would not give his name. If he can't answer questions then he should not work with people.
