Ordered my new glasses on March 22nd. Was told I should receive my new glasses in approx. 10 days and rather than make a return trip to Wilmington, they could be shipped by UPS to me in Jacksonville. On Thursday, 03-April, I received a call from Jason advising that my glasses were in and they were going out THAT afternoon, by UPS. Today, 07-April I had still not received them so I called to inquire. I was told that my glasses were still in the store, that they have a new UPS person and this individual does not stop by everyday to make pick-ups. That being the case, questions are (1) why didn't someone call and tell me there had been a delay, (2) why didn't someone CALL UPS and complain about the drive not coming in daily, as they should, to make pick-ups (I know that should be protocol, as my wife deals with UPS every single day from her job), or (3) take them out to one of the UPS drop boxes in Wilmington and drop them off.
