About Tia Iâ??ve been in the mortgage industry for two years now, having made the transition from banking and finance where I worked for over twelve years. As soon as I entered this industry, I realized the importance of growing your own business. Once I discovered that Homestead had all the tools and resources that I would need to do so, the decision to join was simple.
