About Phil I have been in the Wilmington, NC mortgage industry for over two decades. During this time I have had the privilege of assisting individuals and families purchase and refinance their homes. From primary homes to vacation or investment properties, I have the knowledge and experience to assist you with your unique situation. I am a North Carolina native from Charlotte, NC and now reside in Wilmington, where I have lived since 1988. I am a 1990 graduate of UNC Wilmington and the Cameron School of Business. I am a devoted family man, and enjoy spending time with my incredible wife Debbie.
