Coastal Carolina Pathology invites you to examine how we measure up to these criteria. For example, we process and evaluate almost all specimens in 24 hours or less.

Coastal Carolina Pathology is a locally owned, independent, state-of-the-art anatomic pathology lab located in Wilmington. We were the first independent pathology lab in this area that is accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP). This prestigious certification follows stringent guidelines and serves to recognize those labs that have met the criteria for accreditation.

Best of...all dermatologists, friendly, knowledgeable, excellent training. Would never see another.

Specializing in skin cancer, but also does aesthetic procedures like botox, restalyne, and laser hair removal/veins/scars, etc.
