Brush Dental Care offers a wide range of dental services, including preventative, cosmetic, restorative, and reconstructive dentistry. Our goal is to help patients reach the highest level of oral health possible so that they may enjoy the benefits of a functional, attractive, and healthy smile. Our office accepts most dental insurance plans. We have convenient 7am, lunchtime, and Friday appointments. New patients and referrals are always welcome. We are located in Historic Downtown Wilmington, NC on the corner of 5th and Chestnut streets.

      The office is super clean, the wait time was less than 10 min. and Dr. Farrell and his staff made my husband and I feel very comfortable.....something unusual for a dentist visit. They are friendly, efficient and honest! I had a cracked tooth that needed immediate attention, and even though I was a new patient they fit me right in to their schedule. I highly recommend them! A‎+
