What a well run and beautifully maintained senior independent community. The staff, housekeepers, maintenance, dining room waitstaff are all so caring and efficient. The management does a wonderful job working with all of the residents. My mother is so very happy here. She hates she waited as long as she did to come to Brightmore. I don't have to worry about her now, she has made many new friends and there is always something for her to be involved in there. I love the idea of 24 hr. on site security too. Great place, I can't say enough.

Brightmore looks lovely but, apts. are tiny, everyone on staff has a key to ones apt.no privacy therefore., Menu is limited and not varied, staffed by un-qualified people, Lovely surroundings, however do not be fooled by surroundings, staff is uncompromising and one feels watched and uneasy. One (1) meal per day is offered.
