For 13 years, every tire I bought for my three cars was from TSS. However, when I bought 4 tires in August, during installation, one of the tires was damaged, causing me to have to come back a week later to get the fourth tire. As a consideration for my trouble, the salesman offered me a free alignment. I just called to make an appointment for the alignment and was told that the salesman was no longer with the company, and that the company would not honor the offer of the free alignment. "We don't do that. He's no longer with the company, so we can't go by what he said." Well, he was with the company when he said it! Not going back there. They lost a good customer.

I took my truck into tires sales and service in Stanton De. for a brake squeal problem, rear brakes and tie rod ends,,, after telling me that the tie rod ends that I had provided did not fit my vehicle, this business charged me $125 each for these tie rod ends that I researched online for $55 each. That is a 150% markup,,, they marked up the brake pads 100% and when I left,, my brakes were still squealing. The manager of the store told me that I had not mentioned the squealing problem, but I had mentioned it three times to him I will not use this business again and I hope that I may warn others not to
