The best apartments in New Castle County. The Debby, in the office, and Johnny, in maintenance, are very responsive to any problems. They make the effort to maintain and attract good tenants. I have lived here since 2006 and have never had any problem with bugs or rodents. The apartments are very well designed to give you the maximum living space. I have looked elsewhere and have found nothing to compare. I have recently looked at one bedroom apartments in the $900-$1100 range and discovered that the usable square footage at Parklynn Apartments in the $725-$825 is superior. Washers and Dryers are conveniently located just downstairs in the basement in each building. There is no breed restriction here. So, lovable pitbulls, shepherds, and any breed, large or small are welcome. I highly recommend Parklynn Apartments. When it comes to apartment living, safety, good neighbors, quiet, clean and pleasant surroundings, this place cannot be beat.
