A great variety of delicious soups, salads & sandwiches. The pick two combo is perfect! Very friendly and quick service. Clean, nicely decorated dining room, or take-out.
This location of Panera has the best customer service. I have been in there with 8 people and two people and each time the order comes out perfect every time. The manager, Theresa is fantastic. She never forgets a thing! Everyone who works there makes you feel welcome. For some reason the North Wilmington location's service has disappointed us each time we have been there. We won't try it anymore. Don't know what the deal is there, maybe there is a large turnover of help. It has been too disappointing and there are just too many other choices up north to deal with it. We LOVE the Kirkwood Highway location, so when it's Panera we want, it's Kirkwood Highway location. You won't be disappointed! Their food is always very fresh and hot or cold salads. Soups are always piping hot and delicious. We also love their Iced Green Tea.
