The office said that they were a network provider under my Dental Insurance plan. What an unpleasant surprise to find out they were not a provider at all. I would have chosen an in-network provider had I known this and saved the extra money that they charged for the service. I am already paying for Insurance why would I want to pay out of pocket also? Office Manager demanded full payment anyway. Good dentist- bad business office practices
