My family and I have been with the Charles Wallace agency, for all of our insurance needs, for close to 20 years. In that time the customer service shown with ever call and every insurance issue, as been nothing but excellent. Cindy Baker has been our contact with the agency for some time and has met our every need from customer service and honesty to the products that they offer a family with regard to insurance. This reflects the tradition that Mike Wallace has carried on from his father Charles Wallace. Our family can't say enough about Cindy and Mike and everyone that works at the Charles Wallace agency as representatives of Nationwide Insurance.
