Morris James LLP is organized into two major sections--litigation and transactional. The Morris James litigation group represents a wide variety of domestic and international clients in corporate and fiduciary litigation, bankruptcy and commercial litigation. The transactional group represents regional clients as well as international clients engaged in alternative entity practices, commercial and residential real estate transactions, and business tax and estate planning. The firm's use of technology to produce high quality legal products and its commitment to client services has earned Morris James national recognition. The DuPont Company selected the firm as a member of its Primary Law Firm Network and ALFA International chose the firm as its sole Delaware member. The firm represents many corporate clients including Wilmington Trust Company, Deutsche Bank Trust Company, Delaware Christiana Care Health Services, Consolidated Rail Corporation, Wachovia Bank of Delaware, National Association, Delaware Department of Justice and State of Delaware.
