Joanne, at the front desk, was empathetic to my situation. Joe, the owner, came out immediately to diagnose my car. I explained to them that I didn't live in the area, but was staying close on business. He immediately offered to have one of his staff, drive me to my location instead of taking a taxi. His wife, Gloria, ended up driving me there, saving me an overpriced taxi ride. I got a call shortly after that it one of my engine cylinders wasn't firing and I was just need a coil. It ended up being less than $200 instead of much more that another place could have charged. They were very honest and went above and beyond to take care of me in my situation. Joanne actually offered to pick me up the next day, knowing that my car was critical in my business. Joe, Gloria and Joanne are father, mother and daughter, respectively. Family business that cares about their customers. I have found my new mechanic. I will travel out of my way to have them take care of my auto needs.
