The Family & Workplace Connection ( FWC ), a division of Children & Families First, is a non-profit resource and referral organization that has been serving Delaware and the region since 1986. On February 1, 2008, FWC became part of Children & Families First.Our mission is to strengthen families and help them manage their work and personal life responsibilities by providing social, educational and mental health services and by enhancing the supply and quality of care and education for children and elders.We provide direct programs, comprehensive information and appropriate resources to caregivers, empowering them with the knowledge to make the best choices and use the best practices with available resources. Through advocacy, education, and information provision, we impact the lives of those less able to care for themselves.
