Nice people at the initial appointment. Evidently, it doesn't matter to them if they don't show up on time for your appointment. They are happy to reschedule you for one week later...I am too busy for them to treat my schedule so casually.

It is a great environment where you feel very comfortable with great people working with you and helping you. They help you feel much better each time you go there.
