It shouldn't take 3 months to go over medical records and everything you asked for was sent to your office right on point and no one called to inform me of anything. I called many times and the receptionist gave me all kinds of excuses about why the doctor hasn't gotten to my records. So now when I go see my Dr he won't have any progress notes to go off of except the old script I had when ever I came to see you.
