Dr. Haley was the third podiatrist I met with to try and find some relief from a chronic heel problem. I expected to hear the same recommendation after describing my symptoms, but I was pleasantly surprised when Dr. Haley asked me even more questions. No one has ever spent so much time really listening to my issues. He looked at all of the options, not just the easy fixes. After even more discussion about my lifestyle and ability to take time away from work; we scheduled a surgery. I am just returning from my postoperative visit and I could not be more excited. Not only does my foot feel better than it has in years, but it felt wonderful to be treated as a person, not just a patient.

While Dr. Haley took care of my husband's foot issue, unfortunately there were staff that let him go without post op instructions (had to call for those), and when he went back for a recheck, he was told he didn't have an app't for that day; he did & we had the card to prove it, but we left it at home. He left & never made a followup; just decided it was healing well. An email was sent to them via their site about this; no response. Very disappointing. The doctor may be great, but when there are issues like this, you hesitate to use the services again. What a shame for the doctor (s)!
