Forget the geeks!! I will always choose the renaissance men! I have never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly, knowledgable, and extremely helpful.

I have never had a bad experience with Computer Renaissance! They are always friendly and have a smile on their faces. You can't hold a candle to their work or prices either.

Every time I have a computer issue these guys come to the rescue. I have never had an issue that they could not fix. I am very pleased.

My Mom told me about these guys so when my computer had a virus I called them up. The quote was the best out of the four places I called and the quality of the work was amazing! I have told everyone I know about them. They really do a stand up job!

I called Computer Renaissance, and that same day a technician came out to service my problem. He was very knowledgeable and fixed my computer quickly.
I was very unhappy with my experience with this company. I spoke with two different employees there before bringing in my computer, and both were not very friendly or informative on the phone. after I brought my computer home, I realized they had deleted many of my files, replaced some of my programs with generic versions, all of my paid subscriptions to games had been deleted, and I had to reinstall several programs like i tunes. there was no communication of any of this whatsoever. I was told I was paying for a backing up service to protect all of my saved files, and that none of this would be a problem. Even after calling to ask/explain all of this, they were unfriendly and didn't seem too concerned by my dissatisfaction. I would not recommend using these guys at all.

Prices not quite as good as internet, but you will never find internet pricing in a store. The extra cost pays for itself because of the high quality service and support. And it looked like almost all the desktop computers came with a 1 year warranty.Overall great experience, highly recommended!
