Disappointment. Don't waste your time with this company. The schedule viewings of properties with you, confirm and send reminders 2 hours before showing and never show up. Has happened to me twice now and if I would've known they were the representatives for the second property I scheduled weeks later I certainly would've passed on even reaching out to a NO SHOW! First time over 30 minutes late with 8 prospective renters waiting outside. Today, 9/13/17 there were 5 of us waiting again. After several of us reached out, finally an answer from Chris that they would be there in 30 minutes, mind you we had already been there for 45 minutes. 3 of us left disappointed as of course we took time off of work to make it to the limited showing offered. Run to the next no help with this company. Poor service.
