This is the third facility in the area that I have been to for therapy for my osteoarthritis. They are by far the best of the lot. Their staff is very experienced and has been totally attentive to my needs. My therapy is specifically tailored to my needs and changes as I need it. They have a fully equipped gym with a multitude of the latest equipment. Besides structured therapy by appointment, they have open walk in access to all of the machines. The therapists are always on hand to guide or assist with a work out. I could not be happier with a therapy facility. Fortunately I only live about five minutes away from them.

I waited 20 mins on the phone twice to try to set up my first appt. They told me to hold so they could pull the system up.but come dail up was faster then that.I guess calling around lunch time is a big no no for them.that's why they lost me as a client.I would give them zero stars if I could !!!
