Mike was very informative and through with my termite inspection. He explained the treatment I needed for the termites I have and answered all of my questions.

We found evidence that a mouse could be living in our home and called Brownco during the winter holiday. The receptionist was friendly and professional. Mike Brown, owner, came to our house the very next day! Friendly, professional service!

We had mice and then a rat. I called at 9 AM and Chuck was there by noon. He did a complete inspections and set all the needed traps. The price was reasonable and he will continue to come to make sure the problem is solved. So far very pleased.

We had a bees nest in our attic and over a hundred yellow jackets entered our house through a hole they created in our ceiling. As first time and somewhat frantic customers we were treated royally. Prompt service, great communication and effective treatment. I was very impressed with Brownco. Chuck was very courteous and explained the process and what to expect before he began. He even sent a text giving me a heads up that he was on his way. Who does that nowadays? I highly recommend Brownco and signed on for regular preventive household pest treatments.
