Provided by YPmobileWell normally I would have no complaints except my bill is too high. But my newest dilemma is my iPhone 7 Plus has magnified to the point of not being able to use my cellphone. The 1st time I experienced this was one day week of Nov. 19, then, Sat., Nov. 25 and Sun., Nov. 26. I’m premature in this review since I haven’t taken the phone in the store. I tried to screen shot but it appears normal but not what the screen showed on the screen.

Provided by YPmobileI have been a customer of AT&T for over 15 years. I ordered my daughter a IPhone 7plus that was promised to be delivered to the store for me to pick up 48 hours later. Well now it's over 72 hours later and still no phone. This particular store has NO sense of urgency and they should not tell customers that they will be expected something that they will not be receiving. I have tried several times to reach out to the store and no one answers the phone and I have also called the mobile # that is on the business card I was given and no answer also. I will be going directly to the store this afternoon..
I also during my visit at this store ordered the AT&T Digital Life and Direct TV. I was already a customer of DIRECTV but was out of contract. So I signed up for a new contract. Well this morning the AT&T technician is at my house to install the security system and has filled us in on some things we were not informed by. Example: we have 2 dogs both well over 100 pounds. I asked the man at the AT&T store if my dogs would effect the motion sensors that were being installed and he ensured us it would not. So the tech is here currently letting us know we will NOT be getting ANY sensors due to our dogs are over 30 pounds and our dogs would set the motion sensors off. This was part of our security system that we will NOT be getting. I suggest to train ALL staff to be more knowledgeable about what they are selling to customers. Being misled is very unprofessional from a huge company like AT&T.
