This gym has all the equipment you will ever need-it is good quality. HOWEVER, what good is equipment if the facilities the equipment are in are not comfortable? There is minimal ventilation in the "cardio" area so it becomes sweltering after only a few minutes. A/C is 'set" at a level that becomes irrelevent when you combine many grown adults vigorously exercising in a small space with tvs and lights on:it gets so hot it feels unhealthy. The bathroom facilties are ample in space but poorly cleaned. The managers are very pleasant, especially the "head" manager at the Kirkwood site, but the OWNERS do not show much initiative when it comes to the comfort of the customer- this is evident in the facility and its environment.

If you are looking for a cheap gym , I guess this is the place for you. But remember, you get what you pay for.
