`1800's Historical Hotel, one of Los Angeles Last Bordellos, 3 blocks from the ocean, Industrial/Commercial (beautiful dock) peaceful, 10- 15 minutes from the beaches in both directions. Good ocean air, we are on a vaccum belt the air is pretty much from the ocean, sometimes from the city, we are 10 degrees cooler then downtown los angeles, and Hollywood only because of the ocean, and us being on it. Park with view area walking distance good for bicycling, skateboarding, meditating, sunning, skating. The Ext, is 1800's simple, the lobby looks 1800 and simple, (Friday, Sat, Sunday) Continental Breakfast, but remember the prices are fantastic so you have money for breakfast at Trumps. The history is vast, this hotel was establish predating the oil rush in los angeles and water surrounded this very hotel, so that when you enter it's different to find that you would be standing years ago in water, they have photos to prove it...
