I went into the store and purchased 3 notebooks that were advertised for 1.00 each. Once I noticed the my receipt reflected a different price I called and spoke to a manager. He told me that the shelf did say 1.00 per book, but underneath that price was a 2.00 price listed which was crossed out. He also reminded me that all sales are final. He seem reluctant to help me at first. then he tells me to bring the books back w/ the receipt so I can put the 3.00 towards another purchase. I haven't been able to get to the store for the outcome, but I hope everything goes smoothly. They need better organization in the store. It's dusty, crowded and boxes are everywhere which makes it hard to manoeuver through the store with or w/o a baby stroller. The staff also need to work on their customer service skills.
