Located in the Lake West Medical Building, Lake Health Physician Group Northeast Ohio Heart Associates provides care for patients with many forms of heart disease, including coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, valvular heart disease and cardiac dysrhythmias, as well as those at risk for these disorders.
