Fuentes Counseling Services L.L.C. is a private practice agency working with adolescents, adults and families struggling with ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Anger, Addiction Self-Esteem, Codependency, Bipolar, as well as Schizophrenia. Techniques are subscribed to are primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which are educational, in that you are taught new ways to view your learning process, develop new perspectives and practice more effective ways of changing your behaviors, cognition's, and emotions. Also, heart-centered hypnotherapy and mindfulness techniques are intertwined with traditional talk therapy to help you cope with your disorder. It's through this process you are guided to help you find your inner strength and restore hope and purpose into your life again.
