Stay away! I had this corrupt business conduct a so called home inspection. This issue is that the furnace has to be overhauled and should have never passed inspection. I have gotten three different HVAC professionals to look at it and say the same thing. Any home inspector should have never passed the furnace just by looking at it. There is no furnance filter and the venting was all installed wrong. Do your self and your wallet a favor and stay away from Mr. Millers scam of a business.
