These units are really well run. Extremely professional and responsive management. A good price for the quality of the unit.

Used to be a nice place to live. The caretakers took good care of their tenants and the property.Maintenance was never an issue. One call is all it took, and they were there to fix whatever needed fixing. I've lived here for several years now and will not renew. New Managers don't have what it takes.

WOW!! In the 7 years that We have been the managers here, we have honestly had 2 faulty car alarms in our lot. And it's an apt. complex! We have work to do during the day. We work very hard at keeping a clean, quiet complex. Loud all the time?!? REALLY!?

The apartments are nice...however there is TOO MUCH NOISE!!! Car alarms going off in the parking lot ALL THE TIME! People out in the lot talking loud, ect... Middle of the night, middle of the day! Very annoying....So i would recommend Meadowbrook to deaf people....but if you want to sleep at night or relax in the daytime.....get your ear plugs out! SERIOUS!!
