The Thomas Chittenden Health Center is a general family practice dedicated to serving the primary care needs of patients in the greater Williston area.Doctors John Lantman, David Park, William Ryan, and Paul Stanilonis founded TCHC in 1969. Since then TCHC has stayed true to the founders' original guiding principles.TCHC has grown over the years to include 10 physicians and several physicians' assistants / nurse practitioners. Every physician at the practice has gained admitting privileges at Fletcher Allen Health Care and many are active on hospital committees. In addition to strong community ties, TCHC practitioners are committed to teaching students at the University of Vermont College of Medicine.
