  Rick is Of Counsel to DeMartini & Yi, LLP. Rick has extensive litigation experience in transportation, premises liability, construction site/labor law, municipal liability and general negligence cases. Rick has successfully tried and obtained favorable verdicts in all types of personal injury cases. He has also successfully resolved litigated matters at mediations and arbitrations. Rick honed his litigation skills at large insurance defense firms in Downtown, New York by actively defending diverse cases brought against individuals and entities from inception to trial. Rick's representative clients included property management companies, restaurants, fitness centers as well as variety of retail businesses.

  Angela joined De Martini & Yi, LLP as an associate in July 2019. She received a Bachelor of Science from Pace University in 2012, with a minor in both Italian and law. She received her JD with a Criminal Law Certificate from Touro Law in 2015. At Touro, Angela was the Editor-In-Chief of the Journal of Race, Gender and Ethnicity. Angela has experience in all aspects of personal injury and workers’ compensation cases, as well as experience in property damage and No-fault. Angela is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey and is currently a member of the Nassau County Bar Association.

  Angeliki Kokkosis joined De Martini & Yi, LLP as an associate November 2019, then in November of 2024 was promoted to Junior Partner. Angeliki was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 2016 and the State of New Jersey in 2015. Angeliki has experience in personal injury and NYS workers’ compensation cases, as well as no-fault matters. Ms. Kokkosis received her Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University in May 2015 with a citation of excellence in advocacy and litigation. Angeliki previously interned at the Nassau County Supreme Court. Before attending law school, Ms. Kokkosis graduated Magana Cum Laude from Hofstra University with her Bachelors of Arts.
