I was so impressed with the level of service from Duane that I had to leave positive reviews where ever I could. I have never been so happy with the way I was treated, the time and patience Duane had with my many questions was beyond good customer service! I have a "vacuum guy"! LOL - Not only did he not try to push me into making a quick decision, he didn't try to go outside my budget and now if I need any repairs I can just bring it in and he will hook me up for a very reasonable price. If my belt on the vacuum goes I just have to buy the belt and he will put it in for free! He also took care of the warranty paperwork for me and has great warranties on all his products! SO, if you ever need any vacuum repairs, need a new vacuum go to the Vacuum Mart in Clarence. Not only will you be getting great services and great prices but you will be supporting the "small" business!
