Initially he seemed liked a very pleasant individual to deal with but I became extremely disappointed in this service. Very disorganized and puts things off. Will never refer him or use him again. Services were paid in full and received horrible customer service. Seems to use too many excuses as to why things are not done. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT.
