Up until a few years ago, I had good experience with them. At that time I had a new spa heater installed. The technition left and the heater never shut off when the pump stopped turning the pipes from white to brown. The heater has never worked correctly since and leaks - I have had them out several times since with no luck and new service charges billed. They simply would not correct the issue which was probably to install a new heater that they ruined or was defective from the start. Incredibly dissapointed.

We purchased a house with a hot tub and it was not heating. The first service company I called came out and collected $49.00 before he would even look at the hot tub. He told us we needed a new equipment pack and that it would be about $1400.00. A neighbor recomended Creekside Hot Tubs.
