Chantal does an excellent job on my lashes. She puts exactly the right length and fullness, making my lashes look natural. I get so many compliments on my eyes thanks to Chantal!

Recently I booked an appointment with Lisa Berke after reading several good reviews online and am happy I did! She took the time to consult with me about what I was expecting and she was upfront about what is would cost to fix my current, very bad hair color situation. My hair was several different colors, brassy in some areas and bleached in other areas. She spent a lot of time making sure that the color was what I wanted. The best part of my experience was leaving the salon with hair in better condition than when I came in, which I didn't think was possible because of how badly it was damaged (by another salon). Everyone in the salon was very friendly, I definitely recommend Lisa as a stylist!

I just had the best pedicure by Jen Weipert at Belleza salon. She is so nice and personable. I used to see her at another high end place but Belleza was so much more comfortable, not snobby and had THE BEST massage chairs!!! I also loved that they had a large parking lot...(the last place had no parking.) I would encourage people to go to Jen if they want their pedicure to last.

Hello, I am very upset with the experience I had with your salon. I went in to get foils done on my hair. After 1 week the color completely changed and all of the color faded to blond. I called the salon and spoke with an associate. She advised me to come in and the have the color re-touched for free. When I got to the salon the first thing my hair stylist said to me was... "I don't know who you spoke with but we have to charge you for any service today." I was upset because obviously she knew someone told me there would be no charge. She also said the color should have not faded that fast regardless because it was such a short period of time. She advised me she spoke with an owner and they decided she could tone my hair for $17. When I got to the register I realized after I left they actually charge me $21. I felt like all the salon was doing was trying to make more money off of me instead of standing by the services they offered.

I visited the salon for the first time in June 2008. I received the best haircut that I have ever experienced in any salon in WNY. Lisa B. was my stylist, and because of her I will be back! She was able to cut my unruly hair. I have combination curly and straight hair by nature, she was able to give me a haircut that not only suited my lifestyle but was manageable with little to no effort. I'm so happy that my family introduced me to her and the salon. If you're looking for the best haircut around and have a little extra cash to spend, check them out. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Where do I begin.... I called Bellezza begging for help from a bad haircut and an even worse color I recieved from another salon earlier that day - Bellezza was gracious enough to not only accomodate me but stay open late to help me. Lisa took one look at my hair and after listening to me - and I mean actually listening to me - she proceeded to fix me. I can say that she not only corrected the problems but superceeded my expectations. I will NEVER go any where else. While I was there I was also able to recieve a manicure while my color processed. My nails and hair have never looked better. I rebooked for my hair so that I can maintain the amazing cut and color she gave me. I have since referred 2 of my friends to the salon and they as well will never go anywhere else. I used to be a salon hopper but now I am permanently parked at Bellezza. Thank you - Thank you - Thank you. Oh and by the way - everyone there is so down to earth! Not snobby at all! Thanks Lisa!

All of the girls at Bellezza are amazing! Their talent is evident immediately. They're understanding during a consultation - which you every time you go - they listen to what you want and they work with you to achieve the best result possible. The hair products are great and more importantly - they are healthy for you hair, skin and the environment. And the scalp massage sends you to heaven for a while!The pedicure chairs! Oh and the reflexology massage! I cannot say enough about it! They are the best at what they do! The are all sweethearts there as well.
