Well, you walked in at 5:28 if you have ever worked in retail you would know how much of a pain in the behind this is. They have to count the drawer and what not. and need i say THE DRAWER SHOULD BE COUNTED PRIOR TO 5:30. No one wants to still be working after 5:30 because a RUDE incompotant customer decides you walk in 2 minutes before a store closes. I have shopped at the Buffalo stores more than a few times, and have gotten nothing but AMAZING customer service. The associates are VERY POLITE and helpful. I would reccomend shopping here to everyone and anyone. If they do not have an item you want in the store, they will call another one of their stores and have it sent to the store closest to you; and if another store doesn't have it, they will special order it WITH NO CHARGE TO YOU. They can even SHIP and item to you... Amazing store A+++

We had a similar experience today with a VERY RUDE sales person. The store in Pittsford closes at 5:30 and we walked in at 5:28; the door was still open. The older woman advised that they closed at 5:30 to which we responded we would be swift because we knew what we wanted. The older red haired woman was VERY RUDE while getting the correct size for us. When I asked for a size bigger she got very mad and was reluctant to help. Upon paying and leaving I thanked her for her help to which I received a grunt and the door slammed behind me. If this store were not the only location that I knew of I would have walked out upon her greeting of "We close at 5:30". I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE NO MATTER HOW BAD I NEED SHOES EVER AGAIN! What terrible manner for an older person who works with primarily children to display. She really needs to go back to school and take Customer Service 101 or Quit!
