Today I took my leased vehicle to Monro in Williamstown, NJ for an oil change. Immediately upon entering my car, I noticed the smell of oil. Assuming this was because the oil was just changed, I didn't really think too much of it. However, about 3/4 of the way home, I noticed smoke pouring out of my hood. When I got home, I opened the hood only to find that there was NO CAP on the oil container and oil was pouring out the sides of my hood as well as the bottom. I called Monro back immediately and spoke with a manager who informed me to "bring the car back". Furious, I informed the manager that the car was undriveable and that they need to get someone to my home (10 minutes away) to fix what they screwed up royally. To my surprise, a tech did come out to my home and fixed the problem. Notwithstanding the fact that I put both my and my children's life in danger driving the car and possible engine seizure as well. In summary, I will NOT be taking my car back there for anything!
