Don't be fooled by the tv monitor what is brought into view isn't what you think it is. Very ez to make you think you are seeing a new filter take out of a box that has an old one in it. I have been scammed by this place.

Excellent customer service. I was able to get an oil change and my tires rotated in under 30 minutes and I watched the whole thing on the tv in the waiting area.
