Took my dog there to get groomed at 10 am. I was told they will call when she's ready. I received a phone call at 12:15 stating my dog is ready and to be there in 15 minutes. I asked why 15 minutes and was told by Dawn to get there because they are leaving. It was there last dog of the day and they are leaving in 15 minutes. I will never take my dog there again!!! Terrible!!!!!

Took my new rescue dog there to get groomed with one request: do not cut him with scissors. I asked her to take out his mats as needed but not to cut his face or body beyond that. I got back a dog full of scissor cuts,with a haircut that I can only describe as "kindergarten chic". He looks like he has mange now and all I can do is wait it out. When I asked why she cut him against my wishes, she denied it. Will never go back. I'm so upset!
