During his time on the bench, Mr. Lovecchio presided over of jury trials and non-jury trials. He also presided over thousands of criminal, orphans court, and civil matters, as well as selected family law matters. Mr. Lovecchio was a founding member of the Heroin Task Force. From 2015 through June 2021, Mr. Baney worked for a mid-size civil litigation firm in Manhattan, handling complex real estate litigation.
